Welcome to OmniFix Group! By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Terms
• OmniFix Group provides leather restoration, upholstery repair, clothing alterations, and related services.
• By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
3. Estimates & Payments
• Estimates are provided based on the images and descriptions shared by the client. Final pricing may vary upon in-person inspection.
• A deposit may be required for certain services.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept Credit Cards, Venmo, Zelle, Check, PayPal, Cash and etc.
4. Service Guarantee & Refunds
• We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 3 days of service completion.
• Refunds are only issued in cases where OmniFix Group is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon service.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use or maintenance after service completion.
5. Customer Responsibilities
• Clients must provide accurate information about the item(s) to be serviced.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden damages not visible at the time of assessment.
• Any items left unclaimed after 6 months of service completion may be subject to disposal.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
• OmniFix Group is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services due to customer actions.
• We provide a warranty for restoration and repair services depending on the type of item and the condition of the material. The warranty period is determined individually for each order and discussed before work begins. If any defects related to our services are discovered, the client must notify us within [X] days from the date of receiving the item.
The warranty does not cover:
• Natural wear and tear of materials.
• Damage caused by improper use or maintenance.
• Third-party interference after our work has been completed.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
